This is a wonderful project that the husband of quilt designer and teacher, Jo Avery, of myBearpaw in Edinburgh UK, is building and she is making quilts for. If any of you in the UK are able to help check out her blog here.
I made a point of going to Jo's quilt shop when I visited Scotland in August. She was teaching a class at the time. I so wish that I could have spent more time there...but my husband was waiting for me back in Glasgow. She took the time to talk to me and it so happened that some of her quilts were at the store from a photo shoot. So I got my own personal trunk show. It was amazing and made my solo day trip by train a great success!
