Paperless Paper Piecing 150

WARNING two Tuesdays from now, the easiest way to make one of the blocks is by paper piecing or paperless paper piecing. WHAT, paperless paper piecing? Yep, that's right.
In preparation you will need at least a 7" square of freezer paper, a post card or a piece of file folder weight cardboard, an Add-a-Quarter ruler or ruler that has a 1/4" line on it, rotary cutter, flower head pins and pencil.
You can watch this tutorial from Bryan House Quilts to get an idea how this works.

There are many hiking/walking trails in the city of Calgary that our hiking group does in the winter. This is a picture of some of the group at Confluence Park, standing in front of the "split rock", a glacial erratic that was moved tens of thousands of years ago from the Jasper Alberta area, about 500 km/310 miles northwest of Calgary.
